Trucking Payroll FAQs
You can cancel our services anytime, and there is no cancellation fee. To process your cancellation, we simply need a phone call or email from the owner or main contact at your company, along with the date of your expected last payroll with us.
After you request a quote, one of our representatives will reach out to schedule a phone call. During this call, we’ll discuss your specific payroll needs and answer any questions you may have to make sure you’re getting the best solution—even if it’s not us.
Switching payroll services is simpler than you might think, and we’re here to make the process as smooth as possible. We’ll handle most of the setup, but we’ll need your help providing some basic information, like company details, employee information, and previous payroll records. For a payroll of around 10-15 employees, we typically need about two weeks to get everything set up and running smoothly.
To start your payroll, we’ll need a few essential documents. These include your Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN), your company’s bank information for payroll collection, and some basic details about your company and employees, such as names, addresses, and Social Security numbers. Once we have these, we’ll handle the setup to get your payroll up and running.
