Becky Alves - Account Manager Support
Becky joined Superior Trucking Payroll Service in March 2023, dedicating a few hours each week to support the Processing Team. Her primary goal is to assist the team in various tasks. She finds great fulfillment in her role, especially when she can input information and alleviate the workload for her colleagues. Despite this, Becky also encounters challenges in maintaining accuracy and continuously improving her skills.
Additionally, Becky is currently employed at a local Credit Union call center, where she continues to use her extensive experience. She excels at customer service and resolving issues for both customers and agents.

Becky holds a deep connection to the Philippines, a place where she spent seven years as a missionary teacher, passionately educating and guiding students. It’s a country where she also has friends and family she cherishes dearly, but doesn’t get to see often enough. Teaching remains her ultimate passion, which she now channels into her work within the children’s programs at her church.
She’s an avid reader and particularly enjoys diving into biographies and historical fiction. Recently, Becky found herself engrossed in “Leota’s Garden” by Francine Rivers, along with “Redeeming Love.” She appreciates Rivers’ writing for the depth of information she incorporates into her stories.
In Becky’s perfect day, she envisions herself lounging on the beach with a captivating book, relishing good food, and basking in 70-degree weather. The day would end with quality time spent with a friend.
