You can send your payroll data to us each week in the way that works best for your company. We offer flexibility in how you submit your information—most clients send by email in either an Excel spreadsheet or a TMS software export.
We require payroll data to be submitted 2 days before the expected direct deposit date. For example, if payday is on Friday, we need your data by Wednesday.
If data is submitted later, a Next Day Pay Fee will apply, as this would require expedited processing.
Absolutely! Our payroll software can process many different pay types within the same payroll. We can pay per hour, mile, percentage, or flat rate.
Have the employee fill out the new hire form we provide. Submit the form to us before the next payroll is processed.
No, we do not. Direct Deposit is included in our service, up to 5 different accounts per employee.
Submit a Direct Deposit Authorization form, we will provide one for you. Return this completed form to us before your next processing date.
No, we don’t charge extra for printed paper checks—they’re included with our service if needed. However, you may need to cover the postage if we mail them out.
No, we do not. Garnishment calculations, withholdings, and payments are included with our service. These include Friend of the Court payments, tax levies, and all other court orders garnishments.
Yes we can, it’s part of our service. Just send us a copy of the order and we will take it from there.
Of course, you can. We give all our clients an opportunity to preview their payrolls before we finalize this way you can make changes if needed.

Truck Driver Paystub Questions
We generally email pay stubs directly to each employee once they are ready. Employees can also register for a free account at www.truckingpaychecks.com, giving them convenient 24/7 access to their pay stubs.
The easiest way is for employees to sign up for a free account at www.truckingpaychecks.com. There, they can view, download, and print as many pay stubs as they need.
Please be advised that paystubs are only sent to active accounts, past stubs will not be available.
If your employee has already signed up for an account and is still having trouble seeing their paystub, don’t hesitate to contact your account manager.
