How Do I Fill Out New Client Paperwork?

Our implementation specialist, Harley VanDyke, will email you our “New Client” forms. 

And while all of this paperwork may seem intimidating, don’t worry, it’s a piece of cake! 

New Client Paperwork:

• Service Agreement

• Authorization for Direct Payment

• Employer Conversion Form

• Reporting Agent Authorization Form 

• State & Local Tax Form 

• New Hire Information

• Authorization for Direct Deposit 

Once you’ve filled out the startup paperwork – 

We will work with you to find the most convenient way for you to send us your employee data.

Depending on how you were doing payroll before you joined us, there are many ways to get this information from you.
