How To Get Started?
Go to my.truckinghr.net
If this is your first time visiting, you will need to “Sign Up” for an account. Click the “Sign Up” near the bottom of the Pay Doc Portal Square.
You will need to provide us with your information (email address, name, SSN, company you work for) so that we can verify your identity. Here you will also decide on a password. Data security is very important to us.
After submitting your information, you’ll receive an email at the address you provided. This email is to confirm that your email address is valid and active. Once you verify your email, you’ll receive a ‘New Account Confirmation’ message.
- The first time you sign in to your new account, you might see this error message: "Failed to authenticate." Normally if you see this message it means our Team has not activated your account yet.
Please keep in mind it could take 1 to 2 business days before your account is activated.
- Once your account has been activated, the first time you sign in you will see this message: This is verifying once more that you are signing in to the correct account.
Now you are ready to login and start using your account. BUT…it’s important to know,your account will ONLY contain pay stubs from the date you sign up moving forward, so register today!
