You’ve probably even made a website or a page on your website just for driver recruiting too. That’s fantastic! You may even be checking the website traffic reports to know what people are coming to your website for. But how do you engage the drivers that come and go without reaching out to you?

The good news is it is easier than you may think. You need to be able to reach out to the truck driver applicant while they are on your website. Fortunately for you, there’s an app for that. Actually, there are hundreds of them. Adding a chat box to your site is often not that difficult and not expensive. There are lots of different website-building tools, so for this example, I will just pick one. WordPress, a free website building tool, has chat plugins that are free to start with. You may pay for a premium feature but odds are, you won’t need it.
