Why are truck driver pay stubs still so confusing? If...
Read MoreSo you’ve decided to change your truck driver recruiting approach to more successfully find drivers. That’s awesome! Good on you for trying new things. You’ve probably even made a website or a page on your website just for driver recruiting too. That’s fantastic! You may even be checking the website traffic reports to know what people are coming to your website for. But how do you engage the drivers that come and go without reaching out to you?

Finding a truck driver applicant before your competition does is critical to your success in hiring them.
The good news is it is easier than you may think. You need to be able to reach out to the truck driver applicant while they are on your website. Fortunately for you, there’s an app for that. Actually, there are hundreds of them. Adding a chat box to your site is often not that difficult and not expensive. You may pay for a premium feature but odds are, you won’t need it.
Many CRM tools already have web chat tools too. We use one on our website. If you want to see the experience, come to truckingpayroll.com anytime. We get alerts when someone comes on and we might chat you up.
